Routine maintenance checks should be performed on your system at least a couple times a year.

Filters need to be changed often (every few months) to help keep your system running efficiently.

After winter, a lot of debris can accumulate around a Heating or Air Conditioning unit. Make sure you clear the area around your unit so it continues to run properly.
