Community Youth Center in New Jersey Underway

Our newest project is working with Franklin Township and their new Youth Center in Somerset, NJ. This three-story 25,000-square-foot community youth center is scheduled to open in December 2020. Our AME team will be utilizing Honeywell controlson this project and we are excited to see how this building will add to this community with events, exercise programs and many other activities. Below is an article by Malik Lyons with more information and we will keep you informed on how the project is progressing over the next year.  

QC Terme Wellness Center

AME is excited to be working on the QC Terme Wellness Center which is expected to open in 2021. This luxury wellness spa will be located on historic Governor’s Island, NY in Building 111 and 112. This spa will be a lovely addition to this unique area. Our team will be providing a full BMS with custom 3D graphics, alarming and trend monitoring. Hudson County Schools of Technology, Frank J. Gargiulo Campus

Our AME team was thrilled to be a part of this 350,000 square foot technologically advanced high school in Secaucus NJ. This high school educates nearly 2,000 students and has over 70 classrooms and specialty spaces on the leading edge of technology.  We were able to provide a turnkey Honeywell building automation system with N4 front end for this facility that opened in September 2018. The Frank J. Gargiulo Campus has also received LEED Gold certification. Technologically advanced and Gold certification in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design makes this high school one you really need to see and one our team was proud to work on. Westchester Medical Center

AME is excited to have been working with Westchester Medical Center in the Hudson Valley area on their latest project which is currently under construction. This job allowed our team to use Honeywell CP-IPC controllers and Notifier System as well as integrate many other devices and equipment on our BMS including Mitsubishi split systems, Stultz Humidifiers, MSA Refrigerant detection system and more. Our team is proud to be a part of this project and have enjoyed watching all the progress that has been made in just twelve months. As the largest hospital in the Westchester area, our team is dedicated to providing the most efficient and innovative solutions for the comfort of the staff and patients. Our Project Supervisor, DJ was able to take some pictures to update you on the progress made throughout the year. Newark Beth Israel Hospital

We are currently working on a project for Newark Beth Israel Hospital The project will include an upgrade for the Building Management System to a Niagara N4 Platform Building Management System web-based user graphics for the Chiller/Condenser and boiler plant, operating and isolation rooms. With this new upgraded system, we were able to give Beth Israel Hospital the ability to avoid blackout periods by maintaining the integrity and continuity of system operations.  A real time BMS dashboard with analytical displays will also be added to complete this project.

Columbia University Medical Center Vivarium

CUMC’s Vivarium contacted AME for a new project. With the help of one of our partners and their innovative products, we were able to use a Johnson controls solution for the 17th floor fit-out. Our team was able to provide controls for exhaust/ supply box system needed to maintain room pressurization, air handling units and a new chilled water system to complete this project. New York Presbyterian Hospital

AME is happy to be helping NYPH with their latest project. The New York Presbyterian Hospital interior building specifications included the installation of additional MRI’s. We used Johnson controls for a new chilled water and hot water system, air handling units, VAV boxes and for monitoring the processed chilled water loop used for cooling the MRI equipment. Completing this job was a combination of skill, experience and access the best in the industry.
